We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information to provide conveyancing services, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including AML/CTF obligations where applicable), communicate with you, complete property transactions, liaise with third parties involved in your transaction, improve our services and where otherwise authorised or required by law.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information to government authorities, NSW Land Registry Services, Revenue NSW, PEXA, financial institutions, lenders, real estate agents, legal practitioners, accountants, valuers, insurers, technology providers, contractors and other parties involved in your conveyancing transaction where reasonably necessary.

Overseas Disclosure

Some cloud-based software providers or technology suppliers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure through physical, electronic and administrative safeguards.

Marketing

We may occasionally provide information about our services. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
